Fraudulent transactions in my Paypal account.

I didn't make any transaction through Paypal during May 2019, I see multiple suspicious transaction in my Paypal account in May 2019,
Somebody deducted $1800 from my Bank of America account through Paypal also I noticed that profilr mobile number is updated t[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] Please probe and refund the amount ASAP.

Today I noticed that Paypal team closed my claim tickets stating that those transaction are authorized transaction without giving any clarification. now i'm not able to raise any ticket against those transactions and there is no option to reopen the ticket.
