Fraudulent transaction

I can’t seem to report an unauthorised transaction (which was made to an NBA store) from my account. The transaction is under “pending” why can’t I cancel it?

I have a transaction from Reebok that I did not authorize. There should be a way to report these pending transactions and remove them.
