Today I received a text message whether I authorized a large transaction. I immediately responded and called Paypal it is fraud. Few hours later paypal tells me it is not an unauthorized transaction. It is beyond me how they reach this conclusion unilaterally. I desperately need help to resolve it quickly. Any help from community/Paypal.
