Can somebody help please. My acount was hacked and 2 payments made to a company totalling £104. I reported this to paypal and they acknowledged this but today the money has left my bank account. I cannot raise the transactions as fraud in the resolution centre as it says these are already linked to a closed case. I tried calling but get cut off after waiting due to no one available. HELP?
