Os it possible to recover payments made to fraudulent numerologists and astrology sites for non delivery of their promised readings, items or reports ?
Thank you for your post! If there was a specific item or service that was purchased that was not delivered, you can open a dispute for Item Not Received, as long as the payment was a Goods and Services payment.
