I made a purchase via an ad on Instagram, the company was one I have purchased through before and everything looked totally legit and normal, however when I got my receipt the payment was going to an outlook account. I reported it to PayPal (logged in and reported the payment) but they say it will be looked into before the 14th. I’m afraid the transaction will go through and then I will be fighting for a refund. Any advice??
