I have been robbed of 3 lots of payments of 79.99 to Microsoft. For no goods or services I have ordered or asked for, all within 3 days two actually on the same day, l do not pay Bill's or services through paypal, also l saw a report of money going through paypal to Facebook for nearly 300 quid, my bank flagged this up and I stopped the payment at my request, paypal still paid it out and i have since been chased by a debt collector for the 300 quid. I am fuming. I can not get help from any of the agencies involved. When I do business with any company I demand security, PayPal boast of being secure, they arent, also not helpful when a customer is defrauded.
