Hi, I have 4 credit payment on 17th-Oct which I have never request for paying it. I think someone used my paypal account to pay for these. Since I opened the account yesterday, noticed that my primary email had automatically been changed to another one, which I have never used before. So I just deleted it first, and further found out these 4 payment in my account, I even didn't go anywhere or review any shopping website on 17th! I already send this unauthorized to the resolution center, but the report just closed and refused, said there was no any condition . Would you please help to confirm it?
