A payment was taken from my account for a large amount, the money has been returned but this caused undue stress, can anyone advise what action I can take. Going to record a police crime number later on today.
Who do you intend to sue? A scammer in Africa that may have accessed your account or yourself for maybe allowing access to your paypal account by a scammer?
