I ordered a hoodie from a website company called Apparel 2 Love. The charge appeared on my PayPal Account as LYD Information Technology CO. Inc. I was charged for the hoodie and on my bank statement it appears as Shen Zhen Le Yi Da Xen Xi Ke J Iat. The day after you order, they send an email that says you have items in your cart and another that says your order was cancelled. They even go so far as to give a usps tracking number after these emails are sent. I see other complaints as far back as early 2020 from a company very similar. Why does PayPal continue to allow this company to continue stealing from people? This was A $50 charge!! I have filed a dispute and spoken to someone at PayPal and supposedly my money will be refunded after 20 days from the transaction. I hope this is true.
