I think the company I ordered from us fraudulent. I can’t contact them by phone or email after I paid for my order. What can I do?

What I ordered, paid for but never received. This company needs to be sued to get our money returned. This company is nothing but a fraud and should be banned from advertising on FaceBook or any social media.
