My account was overtaken by someone in a different state. In a short amount of time they hit my $5000 credit limit. PayPal has refunded all but one of the charges, it is for $810.23 and was taken directly from my bank account. PayPal at this point has denied my claim for this amount. How can I possibly speak with someone. When using the PayPal messaging due to Covid19 they don't seem to understand, I didn't place this order, it was the same individual who hacked into my account. They claim that they are contacting the seller to resolve the problem. The seller has nothing to do with it.
