Fraudulent charge on my account

I woke up this morning to find I have been charged £10, going to this dodgy email: <removed> . I opened a case in the resolution center, but it was quickly closed, with Paypal telling me it was not fraud. Of course I've messaged Paypal, but they are not responding. How can I escalate this? How can I make sure no more money goes out?

Unlikely someone would scam you for such a low amount, if you were hacked surely they would make it worth their while?
So...
Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
Advice is voluntary.
