Fraudulent charge and can't get in contact with anyone

There is a fraudulent charge on my account. The resolution center won't allow me to report it. I messaged paypal through the message center over 10 hours ago and got no response. I have been on hold on the phone for 4 and 1/2 hours without speaking to anyone. How do I report this fraudulent charge when I can't get in contact with anyone? This is completely ridiculous and disgusting that I am being ignored about a fraudulent charge. How am I supposed to trust paypal ever again after this? What can I do?

If you can't report it then is it still pending?
If so then if it does not complete it will time out 30 days post sending.
If it completes then you can open a dispute for unauthorised.
Advice is voluntary.
