Fraudulent card added and money transferred out, now I can't reach anyone

Someone logged into my account, added a prepaid card and then transferred all my money out.

I've tried submitting a Resolution Ticket and I just get an error

I've tried calling the number they give and it's all automated and tell me to submit a Resolution Ticket

I've tried messaging via chat and no one has responded I first messaged at 8am?

 

How can I get support?
