Fraudulent activity?

We've contacted Paypal several times regarding this but received no reply. They sent us an email stating that a company' cancelled the following Invoice. Yet we have contacted the merchant who, like us, know nothing of any such transaction. Furthermore, this alleged transaction has occurred months after PayPal closed our account for breaching your T&C, yet we can find nothing in our history to support this nor have they offered any information.

Something fraudulent is happening here yet they seem not to care.
