This weekend my account was seemingly hacked and a payment was sent to a hotmail.com account. I have already filed a dispute with PayPal and what seems like an automated response was sent back stating it looks like the transaction was legitimate. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me.
What kind of recourse do I have to take this further or to a higher level of support?
On the security side, I have enabled Two-Factor Authentication and changed my account password.
Any help would be appreciated.
