Fraudulent Transaction

An transaction for $30.00 (au) appeared on my account. I don't know to whom  this money was sent. I don't recognise this transaction. 

I don't know how to contact paypal. I tried and nothing happens. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I find out what the transaction was, and how to get y money back if it was fraudulent?
