Fraudulent Transaction Double Scam?

Hello Everyone, I am wondering if anyone has insight to this situation and how it has worked out for you.

I sold someone a few items in person, and he paid me I believe paypal friends and family. I watched him in person log in and make the transaction. 2 weeks later it is now a disputed charge, with that account claiming it was a fraudulent transaction. I have tried to contact the person again and they have blocked my number, I emailed and texted them as well.

Is it likely that I am SOL in this situation even if I can send proof of the transaction via a signed document from the buyer and records of phone calls/texts? If the original account that sent me money was truly a fraudulent transaction, and I am also being scammed, will paypal satisfy both parties financially or do I have to pay the money back and lose out on the items that I sold?
