Fraudulent Seller Gives Tracking for a 1 OZ Pkg to Bad Address-Fraud-Paypal Denies Claim

Ordered an item from a website, used PayPal figuring I had protection.  WRONG

Seller sent an item but it was not my item and was not sent to my address.

I ordered a 50 lb item, seller provides a tracking number for a First Class one ounce package to another address in my city.

PayPal says the tracking number shows the item was delivered, so that is good enough and denies my claim.

WTF?

Why is the burden of proof on me?  Why doesn't PayPal ask the seller for a copy of the shipping label showing the address and weight?

Now I have to run around all over creation trying to get the Post Office to provide me with proof of the package address and the weight of the package.  I sent them a copy of my order, details of the product I order (you can clearly see it would weight 140 + lbs, not one ounce) and a copy of the tracking info that shows the package was sent FIRST CLASS.  First Class mail is limited to 1 ounces.  AND USPS does not deliver packages that large and heavy.

i will NEVER use PayPal again.  As soon as this dispute is resolved I am closing my account.

Same problem here, scam seller used tracking number fraudulently.   I thought that was the whole point in using Paypal.  At least credit card companies offer more help.   They closed my dispute so I cannot even contact them to open the dispute...I am so angry, NEVER NEVER using Paypal again. Paypal is just as guilty of fraud if they say its safe and they guarantee but don't

Damn chinese fraud specialist hot me for $63and sent a plastic whistle and paypal ask if anyone in my family ordered a orange tiny plastic whistle? Wtf! I’m starting to think that paypal is in bed with the chinese? Nowadays it’s about money than your own fellow citizens. Were being sold out to scammers.
