I saw that there are 3 PayPal transactions that are pending at my bank that are not mine. How can I get these reversed?

Click on the transactions in your paypal account and using the report a problem option at the bottom of the details page report for unauthorised.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
