Has anyone ever gotten their money back after getting scammed by China retailers? I ordered weights and received a trial pack of dental whitening strips. They will refund my money if I return the item. The shipping to China costs more than what I would get back. I thought paying through Paypal would protect me but was wrong - they consider the case resolved! I am going to contact my credit card company and then cancel my Paypal account. They are useless.
