I'm having big problems with my PayPal account. A Visa debit card that does not belong to me keeps getting added to my account. How can someone do this to a supposedly secure account. I even have two-step verification. Is anyone else having similar problems? I am in touch with a representative from PayPal to resolve the issue, but I was just wondering if others are having the same issues.
