I was recently scammed and paid via Friends and Family (I know my mistake, will never do it again). However, I did some digging and realized this scammer has been using several paypal accounts that have engaged in fraudulent activity. Is there any way I can report these accounts so no one else can get scammed? I know I won't get my money back so at this point it has become personal.
If you funded that paypal payment via a credit card then you could try your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you?
Also if you go to legal bottom of this page > acceptable use policy > there is a report link on that page > select the correct option you want and send a message.
