PayPal does not seem interested in fraudalant sellers, they always direct you to unauthorised use of account. If you raise a dispute, because the seller supplies "proof of sending" PayPal accepts this & is not interested & dismisses the case. The seller eventually says it tried to refund but claims my acccount is locked.
There is no where you can complain to PayPal about this, the item sent was worth about $0.01, so as far as Pay Pal is concerned case closed & you loose your money. I ytem is supposed to be from US but sent from China & all instructions in Chinese
