Hello, I hope you are doing well. Recently I send someone money to edit my work and she didn’t do it. I found out that she / he is a fraud . He says he is in Calgary but in fact she is in Kenya. I opened a case but denied . I have his emails . How can I share his emails with resolution centre.

Paypal doesn't accept emails as proof of anything.

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of service?

Did you escalate to a claim?

When you paid did you clearly state what you were paying for and what service you expected to receive?
