I purchased from a Facebook ad. I received and email from the merchant with a tracking number. The day the item was supposedly delivered i did not receive it. I contacted the merchant 3 times with no response. I then contacted PayPal and they denied my case because the merchant said i received the item. However, i have not received anything. I contacted the USPS and they said that the tracking number doesn’t match my delivery address i explained all that to pay pal. What do i need to do to get my money back?
