How do you get PayPal to actually help when you've been ripped off by a bait & switch. An item was delivered, after 2 months and after I'd filled a non delivery complaint. Of course as the item is shown as delivered bloody Paypal ruled against me.
And now I can't reopen the dispute to change it to wrong item delivered.
This bloody company is determined to not talk to the people that use it, or more preciously it seems, are used by PayPal.
