Ok I don't know exactly what happened but someone used my PayPal to buy 2 prime vidoes and a something else. There isn't information about any of them and they are still pending. And I am unable to report them.

I have had the same issue and I am very frustrated as I can’t contact anyone, can’t freeze the payment and can’t event close my account
