Paid for an item that was listed by fraudulent, eBay cancelled order after postage notification. I’ve not received item and most likely not to receive any. I can’t escalate my case and time of review is way to far. How do I go by this problem.

I’ve opened on PayPal as I can’t open one on eBay. Because the item doesn’t exist at all.
