Hi I had fraud on my account which PayPal acknowledged was fraud and closed the case. They wiped the pre authorised payments to Uber and I thought it was all sorted. Then the money came out of my bank account via direct debit. I called and asked if I would get the money back and the adviser said yes but it would take a few days. How long should I be waiting before getting the refund for the fraud case?
