I am trying to escalate my case to a claim. I have use the message center and the help center and I am not getting a response. At all. None. I believe I have a clear case of fraud. My money was taken and I even got an email that the items were left at my mailbox. These items were large and my mailbox would never accommodate the delivery. My mailbox is off the street not by my door. I am new to PayPal and have only used the service 3 times. This will be the 2nd time of the 3 times used I will have been a victim of fraud.
