Please help! I recently put in a order to a weighted blanket company. There not answering their emails and they send me a fake tracking number. I want to issue a dispute for a full refund but The transaction is not under activity, it just says there’s been no transactions this month. I don’t know what to do???

By means of not in activity, there is a possibility that the transaction was made outside PayPal like a guest transaction that's why the activity is not showing on your PayPal account. If Yes, I advised that you reach out to our available chat support since our phone lines are not accessible at the moment due to the worldwide pandemic crisis. Just login on your PayPal account, go to Message Center, then choose the option for Chat.
