Please help! I recently put in a order to a weighted blanket company. There not answering their emails and they send me a fake tracking number. I want to issue a dispute for a full refund but The transaction is not under activity, it just says there’s been no transactions this month. I don’t know what to do???

By means of not in activity, there is a possibility that the transaction was made outside PayPal like a guest transaction that's why the activity is not showing on your PayPal account. If Yes, I advised that you reach out to our available chat support since our phone lines are not accessible at the moment due to the worldwide pandemic crisis.
