Good morning. I have 7 unauthorized transaction "PENDING" going from my bank account to a "paypal cash card" for a total of $5,300.
Transactions say its going from my bank acct to a "paypal cash balance", so I am getting the message below. Can someone offer me advice??? My bank says I need to contact paypal since it hasnt hit the bank yet. Can someone please help? Thank u!
