I reported fraud charges on 10/8. After 4 phone call an a week later I received a refund. The debit card was deactivated. Today the charges are back.i called an was told that they had no notes of me reporting the issue. I recieved a refund last week, so if it wasnt reported how did I get a refund? Now I'm told they are really taking care of the issue.
