Hi everyone My account has been restricted I can no longer use it due to a person saying they didnt recieve 2 designer used items I sent to them. I have tracking information and it was signed for! I also have a picture of myself in the post office with the sealed item with all the postage stickers attached. I went to look on Facebook message to ask if he recieved it thst morning and after it was signed for he disappeared I can't find him. I only knew then something wasn't right, then to recieve an email from PayPal explaining a customer hadn't recieved their item and want a refund. I posted the item next day delivery recorded and tract but don't thing he expected me to do that. Now I can no longer use my account that I have had for years and feel so let down and judged. Even if this gets revolved I don't think I will ever use PayPal again in how ive been treated.

Sadly nothing we can do but if the buyer filed non receipt then you should win if you have trackable proof of delivery.

Can you use your account enough to click on the transaction and add the tracking at the bottom of that details page?

Or can you get to the resolution centre to add it?

If not then...............

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
Freephone from a UK landline or UK mobile number.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
