I have a pending transaction on my account it came out of my checking account and I'm trying to dispute it on PayPal but it's saying that I can't cancel when I receive the money. It's still pending I can't get ahold of anyone at PayPal to cancel the transaction help me to do it online but it says I can't because I'm receiving the money. There is a new bank account but hasn't been verified I changed my password
