It’s been bought to my attention the countless extra amounts that have been taken from my account and it’s happened to many others but I need to know ASAP will I get my money back??? And when???

If you report on those transactions and PayPal rules in your favor, you generally will get your money back and, it can take anywhere from 24/48 hours, to upwards of 30 days depending on claim type. Depending on the specific circumstances of your case(s), it could take as long as 75 days.
