Okay so I purchased a river raft and a separate purchase of two single River rafts from a third party on Walmart it had me pay through PayPal. When I check the tracking number it said it was delivered July 11th when I bought it July 12th. I have emailed the person they will not email me back I've never received my packages. How do I get my money back and report this man?
