Fraud unauthorized

I just received a payment confirmation from PayPal saying that i had paid $24.95 to Transunion when I never even added my paypal as. Paying method, Does anyone how that happened? And what i can do about it because Transunion offices and PayPal offices are currently closed

Make sure it is not a spoof email. Log on to your account to see if there really was a payment.

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click "Report a problem" 
3. Click “I want to report unauthorized activity”.

If PayPal denies your claim, contact customer service to appeal and get a human to review the case again.

If that doesn't work, and you paid with credit card, report to them instead.

Sometimes websites can be tricky (in case you did use the Transunion site), you thought you didn't authorize but just click the X to close checkout window but didn't scroll down click the actual "cancel" button, for example.
