Fraud, transaction disputes

Ok so I need some help. I recently had someone open a unauthorized payment claim on me and somehow they were awarded in there favor but they did send me money however there payment was sent back to them within a few minutes after they sent it. I cant ever get a live person to deal with this issue right away as it has taken two payments from me that I was sent because it put me in negative due to there claim that as a fraudulent claim to begin with. What do I have to do to get my money back? I have talked to a person through message center from PayPal but never seems to help and wont let me reopen the case. Please help
