A local business is using my facebook group to defraud international customers. They sell hundreds of expensive live frogs ($50 - $100 each) to people overseas, never ship, but tell the buyers to request a refund from PayPal. They tell the buyers to select "goods and services" and they label the live frogs as artwork so the can get paypal to issue the refunds. I've tried reporting this to paypal, but there is no place on the web site to do so. If I select report fraud I have to choose one of my own transactions to report on. These are not mine. Is there a number to call?
