Fraud refund

Hi, I recently reported an unauthorised transaction to PayPal, they said that they agreed it was fraudulent and that I would be fully reimbursed. However I have just checked my account and it is empty and the money from the fraudulent transaction has now been removed from my bank account. Is there a delay in receiving my refund? Thanks
