I have a charge for 65.85 from something called PAYPAL *XERELLO[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]CA US that I had nothing to do with on my Mastercard. I have not used my PP in a year and there are no transactions so it's not something I can dispute through PP online and PP is too busy when I call literally, too speak to me, they hang up when I go through the IVR prompts. Super frustrating. I don't use PP anymore bc I am so angry with their customer service but this is really **bleep** me off that I now have fraud from someone elses PayPal account on my card? How do I even get through to someone to dispute this. My dumb card company says it will take up to 90 days to process and I have to send them utility bills to prove my own identity. I mean, really? PayPal get your $h+t together.
