Hello, I had fraudulent activity on my account and they transferred all my money out of my account. I opened a case and it was “resolved” on 9-4-2020 and case closed. However, the money has yet to be put back into my account. I cannot get anyone on the phone and every time I try to message someone the connection is lost and I get a message to start over again. Can anyone please shine some light on this for me. Thanks in advance
