Fraud on my account - unauthorized withdrawal

Received an email stating that someone added a bank account to my account, and withdrew $600 to that new bank account. I immediately went onto paypal and filed a claim against it. Received an email today that the transfer request was completed, and and email that the bank account used for this payment has been closed, and they were unable to debit it. I am still without the $600 in my balance, and on the paypal activity is says the $600 transfer had been completed to the fraud bank account. Been trying to call paypal to no avail. Any help?
