Has anyone else been facing this? Add any Discover/Amex card to Paypal and the there are more chances that there will be fraud transactions on the card within a few weeks.
Have been using the cards from years with no trouble until I added them to Paypal. Tried on spouse account too, around a month and we are seeing fraudulent transactions on Amex.
