In january 2021 I bought a tv box from a China seller but the device was send from Czech Republic. That how they avoid to pay customs. But the device was broken and I opened the dispute and they after a long time answered that they can not send me the new device until I close the case on ebay de. So I closed the case but never get the replacement device. Also the seller "CUTREE" blocked me from further buying in theirs ebay shop. They protected themselves so I can not buy enother product and say it is brocken. What can we do to stop such a fraud sellers on ebay?
