Has anybody faced the fraud from gameforge.com?
I got an answer from the Resolution Center (Case ID: PP-I-6056338) but it a simple reply without any details and explanation (see below). I think if they investigate the logs it will be clear that I did not make these transactions. I'm in the US now but it looks like these transactions were made from Poland (they used zł PLN for the payment).
- Could you please suggest what can I do in this situation?
- How can I open the case again (since they have just replied that transaction has been authorized and closed the case)?
The answer from the resolution center: "Thank you for reporting this case. After reviewing your case, we found that the reported transactions were not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection. "
