Hi Paypal Community please help!!!
I seldom use Paypal and last time I use was at leat 4 years back. What was a big mistake is that I have saved my credit card info in paypal which led me to an unauthorized charge of USD 199.90 on eBay on Jan/31/2021.
As soon as I see an email of this charge I immediately call the bank to cancel my card and issue a complaint in Resolution Centre. My bank told me its too late and nothing they can do to stop the payment. My complaint in Resolution Centre is still "under review" status and I cannot find anywhere I can contact Paypal for follow up.
I contacted eBay and complaint, same that nobody could help.
Does anyone know how can I follow up with Paypal?
